Reservation confirmed!
Select the desired date, time and location for the service. To use Stripe, our secure payment provider, to complete your booking, you need to enter your credit card information on our 256-bit SSL encrypted website. If our reliable mechanic doesn’t do something, we won’t ask you for a riyal. Consider it a reservation deposit – we’ll put the reservation amount on your card 24 hours before the reservation to make sure the mechanic pays.
Day of service
Your mechanic will assemble the parts you need and meet you wherever you are in the required window, introduce you or take your car to the garage or do whatever you want. to occupy
Once everything is sorted and completed (and returned if your car has been taken to the garage), your mechanic will tell you what they did. Once agreed, your secure credit card will be deleted by our customer service and the mechanic will confirm the offer price in your presence. The repair or service invoice will be sent to you directly by email or telephone.
After your visit, we will send you an email to evaluate our experienced mechanics to make sure our standards are high and we will improve our service when you decide to return in the future!
